Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI phone agent platform for enterprise customers
• Collaborate with customer engineering, operations, and success teams to align technical deployments with business objectives
• Develop and maintain integrations with CRMs, telephony systems, and workflow automation tools

Required Qualifications

• Spanish fluency is mandatory
• 3-6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer or Implementation Engineer
• Hands-on problem solver comfortable writing and debugging code (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations or integrations involving APIs or CRMs
• Interest in AI/ML technologies, especially conversational AI or LLM-based systems
