Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers during onboarding, pilots, and early production, addressing integration issues
• Implement and test ingestion pipelines and validate new integrations
• Surface recurring patterns and gaps from the field to influence product roadmap decisions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in a software engineering role, with experience in integrations or data operations preferred
• Experience working with structured data (JSON, SQL, CSV)
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and technical documentation
• Logistics, freight, or telematics experience is a strong plus
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment
