Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the partnership
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer use cases and technical requirements
Troubleshoot and debug customer issues while coordinating with engineering teams

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience supporting software implementation
Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
Located in San Francisco or the Bay Area, or willing to relocate
Healthcare experience is a plus, familiarity with relevant terms is beneficial
