Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production behavior and investigate unexpected issues and workflow gaps
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to translate customer feedback into actionable engineering tasks
• Implement targeted fixes and maintain automated test suites to ensure product quality

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality engineering or a similar role with ownership of quality outcomes
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (C#, TypeScript, Python, Java, etc.)
• Experience designing and implementing automated test suites using frameworks like Playwright
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gate integration
• Experience in investigating production issues and debugging workflows
