Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert during the sales process, delivering demonstrations of the company's capabilities
• Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams for product improvements
• Lead architectural reviews and performance optimizations during customer implementations

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in software or customer engineering roles with a focus on customer engagements
• Experience with coding languages such as TypeScript, Go, and Python
• Familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
• Experience building or supporting security products and understanding security operations workflows
• Hands-on experience with AI systems and machine learning models
