Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer - US.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure OpenTelemetry instrumentation for enterprise customers
• Build custom integrations, dashboards, and tooling for customer success
• Troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems and Kubernetes clusters

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, SRE, platform engineering, or a customer-facing engineering role
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
• Familiarity with observability concepts and experience with OpenTelemetry
• Ability to write production-quality code in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript
• Experience working directly with customers in high-stakes environments
