Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI Agentic Solutions with autonomous and adaptive behaviors
• Implement intelligent AI workflows using the Workato platform and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to integrate AI workflows and ensure exceptional service delivery

Required Qualifications

• BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation, including 1 year with Workato
• Proven experience in AI engineering, particularly with agent-based systems
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies and automation tools
• Strong working knowledge of APIs and experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
