Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Run day-to-day support across email, in-app chat, and Slack Connect
Build internal tooling to enhance support efficiency and improve customer interactions
Collaborate with engineering to reproduce bugs and implement small fixes and improvements

Required Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in a technical support or engineering role
Proficiency in reading and writing code, particularly in Next.js
Experience with debugging technical issues and familiarity with APIs
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in an async, remote environment
Familiarity with email deliverability and DNS setup is a plus
