Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with customer engineers to identify bottlenecks and define success metrics
• Design and build Cursor-powered workflows for software development processes
• Ensure production quality through monitoring, iteration, and debugging of implemented systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building and owning AI-native workflows in production
• Ability to lead discovery conversations and be accountable for customer outcomes
• Experience in production reliability, including metrics and incident response
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure components
