Job Summary

A company is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between innovative AI products and enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that integrate with existing platforms
• Lead the configuration and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring effective interaction with customer tech stacks
• Develop custom applications and tools for AI workflows, and provide technical training and support to customer teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role focused on software deployment and integration
• Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and related tools
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
• Experience with public APIs and system interactions, including CRUD operations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
