Required Qualifications

• Strong, full-stack engineering experience, preferably with Ruby on Rails
• Experience in leading efforts autonomously and managing project transitions
• Proven ability to analyze departmental bottlenecks and design effective interventions
• Experience in building internal tools or developer productivity tooling is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex ideas across diverse audiences effectively
