Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout their journey
• Evaluate customer use cases and identify opportunities to integrate voice AI into their product roadmaps
• Manage a portfolio of technical customers, providing timely and high-quality support

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical account management or related role
• Preferred experience with SQL, Python, React, and web development frameworks
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools is a strong plus
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities for voice AI integration
• Willingness to take on multiple roles and manage various projects simultaneously
