Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Forward Deployed Engineer, a full-time role, collaborates with GTM teams to leverage an AI platform for customer engagement, configuration, and onboarding while driving adoption and ensuring value maximization.

Key Responsibilities

• Pair with sales to align the AI platform with customer systems and advise on best practices
• Run build pilot GA loops post-close and collaborate with customers to develop use cases
• Drive end-to-end adoption by equipping champions, monitoring usage, and creating proactive solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building production software, proficient in Python or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including agentic patterns and fact extraction
• Prior customer-facing engineering experience in roles such as FDE or solutions architect
• Strong understanding of production-grade infrastructure and its requirements
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate across diverse teams
