Job Summary

Forward Deployed Engineer, this full-time position involves working directly with clinical and operational teams to identify inefficiencies and build AI-driven tools and systems that enhance business performance and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to understand workflows and identify high-impact problems
• Design and build production-ready tools, automations, and AI systems
• Work with complex datasets to create user-facing applications and iterate based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building and deploying production systems
• Strong technical fundamentals in software engineering, data engineering, ML, or AI
• Preferred: B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
• Open to exceptional new graduates with strong builder instincts
