Job Summary

Forward Deployed Engineer, a full-time role focused on AI automation, customer engagement, and reporting in a SaaS environment, aims to enhance Sales Engineering efficiency and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automations to support Sales Engineering workflows
• Collaborate with strategic accounts on complex automation and integration projects
• Partner with RevOps to define and maintain SE performance dashboards and reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or related technical roles
• Experience with API integrations, data workflows, or business process automations in a SaaS context
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical workflows and implementation plans
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, scripting, and structured data analysis
• Experience in creating dashboards and operational metrics for decision-making
