Job Summary

Forward Deployed Engineer, a full-time position responsible for deploying and adapting Hermes Agent Enterprise within complex customer environments while collaborating with enterprise teams to integrate workflows and address operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploying Hermes Agent Enterprise across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
• Integrating internal APIs, data systems, and enterprise tooling into agent workflows
• Debugging production issues across infrastructure, orchestration, and model layers

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience in production environments
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers or internal stakeholders
• Comfort debugging distributed systems and infrastructure issues
• Ability to move quickly across backend, infra, and AI application layers
