Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Acting as a technical strike force, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will embed within functional teams to design and build AI-driven systems that enhance internal operations, collaborating remotely to automate workflows and improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Ship production-grade AI agents and automation workflows to address complex business challenges across various departments
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate business processes into technical specifications and agentic architectures
• Rapidly prototype and deploy end-to-end solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks while ensuring data integrity and security

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with a track record of shipping production code
• Hands-on expertise with modern AI tooling, including LLM APIs and agent frameworks
• Strong proficiency in Python or equivalent languages, with the ability to write clean and maintainable code
• Experience with systems integration, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS)
• A proactive "Product Mindset" to identify friction points and design effective solutions
