Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a contract Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely, who will engage closely with clients to transform ambiguous problems into concrete software solutions, build and deploy applications using AI technologies, and ensure production readiness through robust engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and clinical leaders to define and prototype software solutions based on their needs
• Develop full-stack applications and modular backends using Python or TypeScript, adhering to clean architecture principles
• Manage the deployment and operationalization of applications on cloud platforms, ensuring high standards of code quality and performance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building production applications using AI and agentic development approaches
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript with a strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and microservice architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and frameworks such as Lang Graph and OpenAI Assistants
• Experience with cloud-native deployment on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Vercel using containerization technologies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
