Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Forward Deployed Engineer who will engage directly with clients to transform abstract problems into actionable software solutions, leveraging AI technologies and modern programming practices in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and clinical leaders to define and prototype software solutions rapidly
• Build and deploy full stack applications using Python or TypeScript, ensuring production readiness
• Implement engineering best practices, including TDD and CI/CD, while mentoring peers on AI engineering techniques

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building production applications with AI and agentic development approaches
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience in OOP, microservices, and frameworks like Next.js and Fast API
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Understanding of vector databases and retrieval pipelines, with end-to-end implementation experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
