Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract Forward Deployed Engineer who will transform ambiguous problems into production-ready software, utilizing modern AI tooling, TypeScript, and Python while managing the entire development process from ideation to deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business and clinical leaders to clarify ideas and create working prototypes rapidly
• Develop fullstack applications and modular backends using Python or TypeScript, ensuring adherence to clean architecture principles
• Deploy and productionize applications on cloud platforms, applying best practices in testing, security, and observability

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building production applications with AI and agentic development approaches
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience in OOP, SOLID principles, and microservice architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and frameworks such as LangGraph and AutoGen
• End-to-end implementation experience with vector databases and cloud-native deployment using Docker or Kubernetes
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline
