Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Architecting and delivering production-ready conversational AI agents, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will manage the entire AI agent lifecycle while collaborating with decision-makers at leading enterprises to address their highest-priority challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable agentic systems that outperform human operators in customer retention and churn reduction
• Design reusable agent frameworks tailored to various industry demands and drive partnerships around new product directions
• Push the boundaries of AI integration by pioneering the use of emerging voice models in enterprise-grade deployments

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale
• Proven technical problem-solving ability in rapidly shifting environments, with experience in AI/LLM-powered systems being a major plus
• Familiarity with the current AI agent toolkit, including evaluation frameworks and orchestration tooling
• Prior experience in customer-facing or externally-led technical roles is advantageous
• Comfortable communicating with both engineers and executives while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
