Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract Forward Deployed Engineer who will engage closely with clients to translate vague problems into actionable software solutions, rapidly building and deploying production-grade applications using AI technologies and modern programming practices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and clinical leaders to define and prototype software solutions based on identified problems
• Develop full-stack applications and modular backends using Python or TypeScript while ensuring adherence to clean architecture and best practices
• Manage end-to-end deployment processes, including infrastructure setup, testing, and productionization of AI-driven applications

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building production applications with AI and agentic development approaches
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience in frameworks like Next.js and Fast API
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and multi-step agent workflows
• Cloud-native deployment experience on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Vercel using Docker and Kubernetes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
