Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed Engineer will engage directly with customers to design, build, and deploy AI-powered systems, ensuring technical outcomes and operational improvements through hands-on coding and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand their operational workflows and technical environments
• Design and implement production-grade solutions across various technical layers, including backend services and integrations
• Own the end-to-end deployment process, from architecture and implementation to testing and monitoring

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building production software systems
• Proficiency in APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and data-intensive applications
• Experience with AI systems, including LLMs and orchestration frameworks, in production environments
• Ability to independently architect and ship complex systems with minimal oversight
• Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
