Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with client teams to understand user challenges and build custom fintech solutions, leveraging AI technologies to enhance product features.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to identify user needs and extend their products accordingly
• Develop custom solutions and integrations for fintech products, ensuring they meet client requirements
• Build and maintain integrations with essential fintech services, including payment processors and banking partners

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in building and shipping production software, preferably full-stack or backend-leaning
• Proficiency in modern web technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Node.js; familiarity with Python is a plus
• Experience with AI technologies, including LLM APIs and AI-powered features
• Some exposure to fintech or financial products, with an understanding of security and compliance in handling financial data
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
