Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed Engineer will deploy and customize AI Revenue Agents, partner with stakeholders to map GTM workflows, and provide training and support to customers to enhance their sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI Agent Pilots & Implementations by deploying and configuring AI Revenue Agents in customer environments
• Understand & Map GTM Workflows by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to identify integration points for AI agents
• Customize & Tune AI Behavior to adapt agent capabilities for specific customer use cases through various configurations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing implementation or deployment roles (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Professional Services)
• Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering is a plus
• Technical experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Strong understanding of sales workflows such as prospecting and pipeline management
• Ability to translate complex business processes into executable deployment plans
