Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed Engineer will manage the delivery of complex customer projects, including scoping, building, and deploying integrations and AI product features that enhance customer systems and drive adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of strategic customer projects from technical discovery to production deployment
• Build and deploy complex system integrations, backend services, and data pipelines
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technical solutions with ambiguous requirements
• Proficiency in writing clean, production-grade code across various programming languages
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as data lakes, PLM, and ERP solutions
• Ability to manage ambiguity and adjust project scope while maintaining momentum
• Confidence in leading technical discussions with customer engineering or IT teams
