Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the technical implementation of complex integration workflows, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will build custom n8n flows, API integrations, and middleware configurations remotely while managing technically complex onboardings and serving as a primary technical consultant for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales execution to scope complex integration projects and bridge client business objectives with technology capabilities
• Build and manage custom n8n flows, API integrations, and middleware configurations for non-standard implementations
• Conduct QA and testing of all implementations pre-launch and monitor performance post-launch to ensure reliability

Required qualifications

• Several years of experience in a client-facing role, including 1-4 years of software engineering experience, preferably in consulting
• Proven ability to navigate a broad ecosystem of technology and adapt to diverse integration challenges
• Experience with comprehensive developer documentation and building custom middleware solutions
• Eagerness to engage directly with clients to solve complex business problems
• Strong communication skills for both business and technical audiences
