Job Summary

Seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer on a contract basis in Bristol, UK, who will turn ambiguous problems into production-ready software using modern AI tooling, TypeScript, and Python while working remotely and flexibly.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and clinical leaders to translate vague ideas into concrete, buildable software solutions
• Develop fullstack applications and modular backends using Python or TypeScript, ensuring adherence to clean architecture principles
• Manage end-to-end deployment processes, including infrastructure setup and productionization of applications

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building production applications with AI and agentic development approaches
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript, with a strong background in OOP, SOLID principles, and microservice architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and frameworks such as LangGraph and OpenAI Assistants
• Experience with cloud-native deployment on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Vercel, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline
