Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the technical infrastructure for member activation, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will build and maintain systems that facilitate transitions from new members to scheduled infusions, while diagnosing operational issues and creating scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical systems that manage member transitions, identifying drop-off points and implementing solutions
• Build and maintain integrations and production-grade code, leveraging AI tools to enhance automation
• Translate operational challenges into technical solutions, documenting workflows and collaborating with clinical staff to optimize processes

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Python or equivalent scripting, SQL, REST APIs, and low-code/no-code automation platforms
• Experience in process design and workflow mapping, with a focus on scalable solutions
• Strong understanding of operational systems and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical teammates
• High ownership orientation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and implementation
• Familiarity with AI tools for development and automation purposes
