Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely from the United States, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will own the technical execution for Physical AI systems, managing discovery, model design, and production rollout while collaborating directly with strategic customers and ISV partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical execution for strategic accounts, including discovery, scoping, system design, and production rollout
• Build and manage physical AI workflows and evaluation pipelines, integrating real-world and synthetic data for model training and deployment
• Design evaluation workflows and feedback loops to convert customer failures into actionable insights and product improvements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in applied ML, physical AI, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a customer-facing technical role
• Demonstrated experience building real ML systems, including data and training pipelines that operate at meaningful scale
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch
• Practical understanding of evaluation metrics, failure analysis, and model improvement processes
• Experience working with multimodal datasets, including video, images, and telemetry
