Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

To support the delivery of advanced AI solutions in the Life Sciences sector, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will build and deploy production-grade AI workflows, integrate cloud and data solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring effective implementation of the Domino platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and shadow clients to master the Domino platform and understand their unique data and objectives
• Take full ownership of customer engagements by independently executing on a prioritized backlog and advising data science teams
• Lead key accounts and author reusable playbooks and integration templates while providing critical product feedback to shape the platform's roadmap

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python, with familiarity in SQL, R, and Bash
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven track record in delivering machine learning workflows and model deployment/monitoring
• Experience working in highly regulated environments with a focus on compliance and data security
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
