Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, the full-time remote role will collaborate with strategic customers to drive AI adoption by developing advanced applications, providing deployment support, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing the company at a high level.

Key responsibilities

• Build production applications within customer systems using the Studio and Lens platform to meet requirements
• Deliver technical artifacts for production workflows and provide white glove deployment support for products in enterprise environments
• Identify repeatable deployment patterns and contribute insights to Product and Engineering teams while maintaining strong customer relationships

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer or Software Engineer with consulting experience
• Production experience with LLMs, including advanced prompt engineering and deployment at scale
• Proficiency in Python and experience shipping production applications, with knowledge of additional programming languages preferred
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations and a strong cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration
• Passion for advancing safe and beneficial AI systems through creative technical applications
