Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the infrastructure foundation for a physical AI cloud platform, the remote Forward Deployed Engineer will manage end-to-end technical execution for strategic accounts, including discovery, infrastructure design, and production rollout, while optimizing cloud resources and building platform services.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical execution for infrastructure design and production rollout within strategic accounts
• Build and operate cloud infrastructure to support customer physical AI workflows, including compute orchestration
• Develop platform services that abstract infrastructure complexity and enhance customer onboarding experiences

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in backend, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering
• Proven experience with distributed systems, job orchestration, and ML infrastructure
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Familiarity with cloud-native tools such as Kubernetes and CI/CD processes
• Experience debugging across application, network, storage, and compute layers
