Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid model, the Forward Deployed Engineer will collaborate with clinical, operations, and market teams to identify and solve high-impact problems by designing and building AI-driven tools, automations, and applications that enhance healthcare delivery and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Embed within teams to understand workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Rapidly design and build production tools and systems using complex datasets
• Iterate on solutions based on real-world feedback to ensure effective deployment

Required qualifications

• Experience building and deploying production systems
• Strong technical fundamentals in software engineering, data engineering, ML, or AI
• Preferred: B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or applied machine learning
