Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed Engineer will build customer-facing applications and integrations, develop AI-powered automations, and partner with enterprise clients to drive successful deployments while managing multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build customer-facing applications, workflows, and product capabilities that address enterprise challenges
• Develop AI-powered automations and maintain integrations with various enterprise systems
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and translate feedback into product improvements

Required qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with experience in building production applications, preferably in Python
• Familiarity with AI application development and workflow automation
• Understanding of enterprise authentication and integrations such as OAuth, SAML, and SCIM
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical customers to resolve issues
