Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Embedded with key enterprise customers, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will manage discovery and scoping of solutions, build proof-of-concept applications using React and TypeScript, and deliver enhanced functionality through existing platform components in a flexible working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Product and customers to identify and define the underlying problems, presenting multiple solution options
• Rapidly develop proof-of-concept applications and iterate based on feedback to deliver embeddable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product direction and efficiently address backend gaps

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in React and TypeScript, with a focus on building scalable production applications
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with Product and customers to translate vague requests into actionable plans
• Experience in integrating existing platform components and APIs rather than developing new backend services
• Familiarity with modern front-end tooling and DevOps practices
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal formal specifications and multiple stakeholder groups
