Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Building production-ready software with AI at the core, the contract Forward Deployed Engineer will turn ambiguous problems into concrete solutions using modern AI tooling, TypeScript, and Python while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reframe ambiguous ideas into buildable software solutions through close collaboration with clients and stakeholders
• Rapidly develop modular backends and fullstack applications, integrating AI techniques and frameworks
• Deploy and productionize applications, ensuring robust infrastructure and adherence to engineering best practices

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building production applications using AI and agentic development approaches
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience in OOP, SOLID principles, and microservice architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and building applications using frameworks like Next.js and FastAPI
• End-to-end implementation experience with vector databases, retrieval pipelines, and cloud-native deployments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline
