Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely with flexible hours, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will directly engage with key enterprise customers to identify and solve complex problems using existing platform components and the Developer Portal, while leveraging AI-enabled tools throughout the product delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery meetings with Product and customers to accurately define and scope the underlying problems needing resolution
• Rapidly develop proof of concepts and embeddable front-end solutions, iterating based on customer feedback and existing platform capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with broader product goals and utilize existing APIs effectively

Required Qualifications

• Strong, recent experience in React and TypeScript for building production applications at scale
• Ability to read and build against backend/API contracts without owning backend delivery
• Experience in turning vague customer requests into scoped, actionable plans through effective discovery
• Proficiency in modern front-end tooling and practices, including unit and integration testing frameworks
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and public cloud platforms, preferably AWS
