Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the growth of a cloud platform, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will work remotely to provide technical insights, resolve customer challenges, and enhance the overall user experience through collaboration with sales, engineering, and support teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in sales meetings to explain technologies, provide architectural recommendations, and build proof-of-concept solutions for onboarding high-spending customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated by customers, including configuration, performance, and functionality challenges
• Create and maintain technical documentation and develop training sessions, webinars, and demos for customers and internal teams

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development
• Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference and fine-tuning
• Located in the US in the PST region
• Successful completion of a background check
