Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Embedding directly with customers, the full-time remote Forward Deployed Engineer will own the integration and deployment of production solutions within complex enterprise environments, ensuring successful outcomes through technical discovery and customer collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with customers to understand their workflows and translate insights into technical plans for deployment
• Run technical discovery to map existing systems and define project scope prior to engagement
• Build and deploy production solutions, managing the full integration lifecycle from API calls to stable data flows

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in customer-facing engineering ownership, delivering production solutions in live environments
• Strong full-stack development skills with the ability to work across various technologies including React, PostgreSQL, and Terraform
• Experience with enterprise integration, capable of connecting disparate systems and understanding their failure modes
• Fluency in AI orchestration, with experience in running and verifying outputs from AI agents in customer contexts
• Effective communication skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
