Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract Forward Deployed Engineer, who will work closely with clients and product leaders to transform vague problems into concrete solutions, build production-grade applications using AI technologies, and manage end-to-end deployment and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and clinical leaders to define and prototype software solutions rapidly
• Develop full-stack applications and APIs using Python and TypeScript, adhering to clean architecture principles
• Oversee the deployment and operationalization of applications on cloud platforms, ensuring robust performance and security

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building production applications with AI and agentic development approaches
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience in frameworks such as Next.js and Fast API
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native deployments using AWS, Azure, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of LLMs and experience with vector databases and retrieval pipelines
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
