Forward-Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance client success and technical integration, the full-time remote Forward-Deployed Engineer will lead technical discussions, manage client accounts post-launch, and develop custom configurations and integrations while working primarily within European time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discussions during onboarding, including architecture reviews and security assessments with client IT teams
• Translate client workflow requirements into product terms and manage account success after go-live
• Develop client-specific configurations and integrations, and convert recurring client requests into structured product requirements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical role with client exposure, such as solutions engineering or technical account management
• Ability to read and write production code, demonstrating hands-on engineering capability
• Experience in financial services or a strong ability to quickly absorb regulated domains
• Strong written communication skills for creating requirement documents and runbooks
• Sound judgment regarding technical decisions on what to build and configure
