Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Forward Deployed Engineer will rapidly design, architect, prototype, and deploy innovative solutions for complex data and AI challenges while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for complex data and AI problems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Deliver working prototypes for technical solutions within compressed timeframes, iterating based on user feedback
• Design and develop AI agents that automate workflows and integrate with enterprise tools and APIs

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software and infrastructure development experience
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and developing end-to-end systems
• Proficiency in Python and at least one front-end framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Direct experience with AWS Agent Core or equivalent for deploying agents in production
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
