Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering directly with healthcare clients, the remote Forward Deployed Engineer will lead engagements from discovery through deployment, designing and building AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges while ensuring alignment with client needs and operational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead client engagement and consulting sessions to understand strategic priorities and operational challenges
• Design scalable AI-powered solutions and ensure they are compliant with healthcare industry requirements
• Build and deploy production-grade AI applications, optimizing for performance and reliability

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience in deploying distributed systems and cloud-native solutions
• 7+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory capacity, structuring ambiguous problems and delivering solutions
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions, including familiarity with LLMs and model deployment patterns
• Proficiency in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
