Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as a technical bridge for enterprise customers, the full-time Senior Forward Deployed Engineer will collaborate with clients to design and deploy AI-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Optimizely's platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand AI use cases and translate objectives into technical plans
• Lead the configuration and deployment of Optimizely AI, interacting with customer tech stacks via public APIs
• Develop custom applications or connectors for AI workflows and perform troubleshooting for deployed solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role focused on software deployment and integration
• Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and experience building tools for RAG workflows
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
