Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Forward Deployed Engineer will engage directly with clients on GenAI and agentic AI initiatives, focusing on discovery, solution shaping, and early delivery of validated AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and solution shaping for GenAI/Agentic AI initiatives by collaborating with client stakeholders and technical teams
• Drive early-stage opportunities by prototyping and defining implementation roadmaps in partnership with account executives and product analysts
• Build proof-of-concepts rapidly, prioritizing speed and impact while ensuring solutions meet security and compliance standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong software design and engineering background
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with GenAI or agentic AI systems using modern LLM ecosystems
• Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform and its AI/ML service offerings
• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, vector databases, and prompt engineering
• Experience leading technical discussions with both engineering and non-technical stakeholders during presales or early delivery phases
