Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely and requiring residency near Atlanta, GA, the Forward Deployed Engineer will support the implementation of a data-driven operational intelligence platform, executing tasks under the direction of a Deployment Strategist to deliver a minimum viable product for a federal government client.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development of a data ontology and foundation for predictive modeling capabilities
• Contribute to the creation of an interactive scenario builder or operations dashboard using Foundry's Workshop/Slate application layer
• Participate in agile sprint cycles, including planning, standups, and sprint reviews, while coordinating with client stakeholders and project managers

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or systems integration
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, including pipelines and Ontology configuration
• Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Java in a data platform or analytics environment
• Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven data domains is a plus
• Comfortable working with moderate independence across the build, test, and deployment lifecycle
