Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Forward Deployed Engineer in Compliance, the successful candidate will identify automation opportunities within regulatory workflows, prototype solutions using AI, and drive the adoption of compliance tooling across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Embed with Compliance leadership to identify and develop automation opportunities that enhance business processes
- Prototype solutions using existing AI platforms and define the compliance automation roadmap in collaboration with leadership
- Ensure compliance outputs are traceable and defensible, while driving tool adoption through training and feedback loops
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems in complex environments
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications and human-in-the-loop design for compliance outputs
- Ability to translate complex regulatory workflows into engineering requirements
- Familiarity with compliance concepts such as transaction monitoring and audit-ready data handling
- Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering or embedded technical advisory roles, preferably in compliance-tech or financial services
