Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely with a requirement to relocate to the DC area, the full-time Forward Deployed Engineer will build and deploy agentic AI systems for U.S. Government missions, focusing on model experimentation, infrastructure, and deployment in high-assurance environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and integrate LLM applications and multi-agent systems to support mission-critical operations
• Collaborate with government partners to translate mission needs into effective technical systems
• Develop and maintain large-scale data curation and evaluation pipelines for model training and improvement

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python with end-to-end ownership experience
• Experience with LLMs and building agentic systems
• Proven ability to build or maintain data pipelines and ML infrastructure
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning workflows or simulation environments
• Comfortable operating in high-security and high-reliability environments
