Forward Deployed Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer on a contract basis who will work remotely to transform vague problems into concrete solutions, build software end-to-end, and deploy production-grade applications using AI technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to clarify ideas and create working prototypes rapidly
- Develop full-stack applications and modular backends using Python or TypeScript, ensuring adherence to clean architecture principles
- Manage deployment and operationalization of applications on cloud platforms, implementing best practices in testing and security
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in building production applications with AI and agentic development approaches
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with experience in frameworks such as Next.js and FastAPI
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and multi-step agent workflows
- Cloud-native deployment experience with AWS, Azure, or similar platforms, including containerization and CI/CD practices
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
